Well, yesterday, we went to Chekhovshchinskaya.
Don't even try to pronounce it.
Chekhovshchinskaya is a boarding school for disabled children. We took a mini tour, visiting three of the classrooms, the kitchen, and the bedrooms.
The last time my day was here, he promised my hand in marriage to a boy and told me for the first time yesterday. There would have to be 100 of me to fulfill the promises my dad made for my hand in marriage.
Sort of literally.
After that, we went shopping!
Again.
Later in the evening, we went to the ballet. We saw "The Creation of the World" which is basically the story of Adam and Eve...
(I ship it! (Only people on Route 1 in the afternoon get it.))
Except, they conceptualized it. Instead of the apple and the snake and the leaves, there was love, the Devil, and skin-tone tights and body suits.
That was pretty weird, but REALLY good. It was interesting because they used there bodies more that anything else.
It was really cool how they represented love and how love is one of the most important things on Earth.
If you have a chance to see ANY version of "The Creation of the World," take the chance!
After that, we came home, ate, read, and slept. The ends of days are always less interesting.
Chow...dah time!
